If you are experiencing homelessness or at risk of of losing your home, visit the Housing Resource Center, 104 N. Witchduck Road, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, 8 a.m. to noon, for triage and assessment, or call the Regional Housing Crisis Hotline, (757) 227-5932 (for Virginia Relay TTY service, dial 7-1-1), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

City Council adopted the City’s strategic plan to address homelessness for FY 25-30 on May 7, 2024.
Landlords and property managers play a key role in our effort to expand affordable housing opportunities. Incentives are available for those who partner with certain housing programs.
